SHIPPING / HANDLING

Most of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Your order will usually be shipped within two business days. Orders arrive within 5 – 7 days depending on your location. We will contact you via email if your purchase will be delayed or is out of stock. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise purchased from showlifestyle.com may be returned for store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging and is accompanied with receipt. Show store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Shipping costs from Show will not refunded or credited. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, send an email to info@showlifestyle.com, include your order number and the item you are returning. We’ll reply with a return authorization number which you will need to include in the address field on your package.

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, notify us and we’ll send a replacement.
